4Side identifies all the areas of opportunity for savings, presents the findings and the customer decides on their preferred choice of commercialisation.
4Side will take on the management of your pooled pallet account. You outsource the activity to us, and we manage it on your behalf. You still keep your commercial relationship going, we just compliment this alongside the existing agreement.
How would you save us money?
We analyse your activity with our account health check to understand how you currently operate your pallet account and identify ways of streamlining it to reduce the trip fee.
Can you give us some examples?
We can offer a daily declaration service to reduce daily hire spend.
We can ensure you are not charged for pallets incorrectly put onto the account.
We ensure no fines for late declarations are charged and mitigate fines for lost pallets.
We will ensure charges for unknown locations are correct.
Can you manage other types of equipment?
Yes, we can support on pallets, white wood pallets, RPC, Containers, and other types of loose equipment you may have.
How does the pricing structure work?
We can be very flexible in pricing and will create a bespoke proposal for you based on what you need from us.
Do you work with all the pallet providers?
Yes, we work with CHEP, LPR and IPP.
What else can you do?
We can manage your pallet tender on your behalf, by developing the RFQ right through to managing the final proposals.
We can offer Supply Chain consultancy projects.
We can also offer support with your Logistics and backhaul fleet where appropriate and drive revenue streams for you.
